New challenge, Get back to creative

In challenging what people may consider to be “normal” for real estate companies, we aim to participate in and support creative enterprises in response to different needs that arise in everyday life, promoting a Monozukuri-centric business model. In this return to our creative roots, we hope to encourage greater appreciation for good craftsmanship and innovative collaborations, irrespective of profitability. Monozukuri is the Japanese word for the craft and technique of “making things.” It describes not only the physical act of making, but the emotional, almost spiritual act of honing one’s craft and know-how with patience and meticulous thought.
